board the Galactica and wreak havoc, and Lee leads a team of Marines to try
and stop them.
2.03: “Fragged”
July 29, 2005
Colonel Tigh must deal with the
Quorum of Twelve and the press over Roslin's
removal from the presidency, while Cylon Warriors are preparing to hinder any
rescue attempt on Kobol by setting up anti-aircraft
batteries.
2.04: “Resistance”
August 8, 2005
Riots break out in the fleet over Tigh's declaration of
martial law, and a group of Galactica crewmembers led by Lee Adama smuggle
Laura Roslin out of the brig and into Tom Zarek's hands. Meanwhile, Kara and Helo fall in with a
group of humans who have survived on Caprica and started a resistance
movement.
2.05: “The Farm”
August 12, 2005
Kara Thrace is shot and wakes up in a remote hospital
facility on Caprica, and learns that her friendly doctor has his own plans
for her future.
2.06: “Home, Part 1”
August 19, 2005
The refugee fleet splits into two factions: one led by Roslin and Zarek, the other by William Adama. However,
Apollo is less than enthusiastic to be working with Zarek.
2.07: “Home, Part 2”
August 26, 2005
Apollo, Roslin, Starbuck, Helo,
and Caprica Boomer are stranded on Kobol while
being stalked by Cylon Warriors.
2.08: “Final Cut”
September 9, 2005
D'anna Biers, an
investigative journalist, makes a critical documentary on Colonel Tigh's
conduct during a "Kent State"-like crisis.
2.09: “Flight of the Phoenix”
September 16, 2005
Faced with the shortage of Vipers, Tyrol
tackles the difficult task of building them from scratch. Meanwhile, Helo is
dealing with the reprocussions of his relationship
with Sharon Valerii, a known Humano-Cylon.
2.10: “Pegasus”
September 23, 2005
Tensions run high when the Pegasus, a battlestar
more advanced than the Galactica, is found -- only to have Admrial Nelena Cain usurp
command of the fleet and foist her demands on those under her new command.
2.11 “Resurrection Ship, Part 1”
January 6, 2006
A potential battle between the Galactica and the Pegasus is only averted by
Lt. Thrace's return from her recon mission with important tactical
information on the unknown Cylon ship.
2.12 “Resurrection Ship, Part 2”
January 13, 2006
The battlestars Galactica
and Pegasus engage in an all-out battle to destroy the Cylon
“Resurrection” ship.
2.13 “Epiphanies”
January 20, 2006
Admiral William Adama questions whether or not Sharon Valerii's
pregnancy should be aborted. Meanwhile Roslin's
health declines rapidly as a pro-Cylon peace group attempts to sow violence
and discontent within the Fleet.
2.14 “Black Market”

Captain Lee Adama, battling haunting demons of his own from a spurned love
lost on Caprica, investigates the murder of new Pegasus commander Jack
Fisk, and uncovers a black market that strains the resources of the Fleet.
2.15 “Scar”
February 3, 2006
An ace Cylon Raider, nicknamed "Scar" by the Viper pilots, has been
causing problems for the Fleet. Starbuck and Kat compete to hunt it down
while Starbuck pines for "a dead guy".
2.16 “Sacrifice”
February
10, 2006
Cloud 9's lounge is under attack by terrorists who are convinced that
Sharon Valerii is playing the military. The leader
of this quartet, Sesha Abinell, demands that the
invaluable Valerii be brought to her -- otherwise
Ellen Tigh, Anastasia Dualla, Lee Adama, Billy Keikeya and others will be executed.
2.17 “The Captain's Hand”

When two Raptors go missing after a training mission, new Pegasus
commander Barry Garner challenges Admiral Adama's orders by sending his battlestar directly into the rescue zone — and a trap.
2.18 “Downloaded”
February 24, 2006
Cylon society is revealed when a Cylon's
consciousness is downloaded into a new body following her death. The
conquerors of occupied Caprica hail two "heroes of the Cylon," who
both resist their new celebrity status.
2.19 “Lay Down Your Burdens, Part 1”

As the presidential election looms just weeks away, the accidental discovery
of a habitable planet sparks debate in the Fleet: Colonize? Or keep seeking
Earth? Meanwhile, Starbuck leads a rescue mission of Raptors back to Caprica
to save Anders and his resistance.
2.20 “Lay Down Your Burdens, Part 2”
March 10, 2006
Everything turns on its head as the survivors vote for a new president -- and
vote for their fate.

Galactica: The Resistance (Webisodes)
This
10-part Web-only series fills in the gap between the end of Season Two and
the beginning of Season Three.
Part 1: Sept. 5, 2006 Galen Tyrol and Saul Tigh attempt to
recruit new soldiers for the resistance against the Cylon
occupiers on New Caprica.
Part 2: Sept. 7, 2006 Tyrol and Jammer are unsuccessful in
recruiting Duck into the Resistance. Tigh proposes
a controversial hiding place for the weapons cache.
Part 3: Sept. 12, 2006 Tigh and Tyrol hide
the weapons while Duck discusses religion with his wife, Nora.
Part 4: Sept. 14, 2006 Cally and Nora worship at the
temple and talk about Galen and Duck's religious beliefs. The Cylons go on the attack.
Part 5: Sept. 19, 2006 Duck mourns Nora's death. He asks Tyrol whether
the Resistance hid guns at the temple.
Part 6: Sept. 21, 2006 Tigh and Barolay
are pleased that the Cylon crackdown has brought in
over 150 new recruits to the Resistance. Jammer is
still upset about Nora's death and Duck's grief.
Part 7: Sept. 26, 2006 Tigh and Tyrol
discuss Jammer's detention by the Cylons. Tigh fears that Jammer will give up the Resistance members.
Part 8: Sept. 28, 2006 Doral offers to "help" Jammer
prevent future massacres.
Part 9: Oct. 2, 2006 Tyrol greets Jammer after he is
released from the detention center. Duck returns to his tent to mourn his
wife's death.
Part 10: Oct. 5, 2006 Duck makes a dangerous decision regarding the Cylons. Jammer appears to have
made a different decision.
